Truth to be told we know nothing of what happened and what has been done.
My best guess is that somebody messed up when placing the two shore anchors and failed to take the difference between high and low tide and the uneven and rocky seabed into account.
Hopefully noone was hurt, at least noone was onboard as far as we could tell.
